Currently some Cated® apps such as Cated® eco or Cated® racing provide a wealth of information about driving style and efficiency. Our idea is to convert the current website mycated.com into a collaborative space where all this data can be uploaded, shared and analysed. In this way, you could, for example, register your consumption history and check if your style of driving has improved due to the use of Cated® eco.
Improvements to the Cated sensor
We are planning to incorporate an accelerometer to the Cated® sensor that will allow several of the Cated® apps applications to incorporate emergency warnings in case of accident.
We also intend to incorporate to Cated® sensor communication services with other makes of mobile phones.
More Cated apps
Currently we are developing new applications that will soon be ready. Some are described below so that you can send us your comments and impressions.
- Cated® sounds: It turns the sound of your car engine into the sound you have always dreamed of. There will be several possibilities: from the sound of a classic 1964 Ford Mustang - made famous by the James Bond film 'Goldfinger' - to that of a current Formula1car.
- Cated® on board monitor: An on-board computer application through your mobile telephone. It will provide very useful information for those vehicles that do not have one, indicating:
- Journey time.
- Distance travelled.
- Average speed.
- Current consumption.
- Average consumption.
